Several years ago Matt approached me for some animation, and I misunderstood and quoted for a complete website build. As it happens he wanted a website, and what I was offering must have stood out from the rest of the people he went to!

Since then I have built several websites for Matt. He has a strong sense of what he wants but is also happy to collaborate with ideas, resulting in a great website.

It was interesting to work with ExpertAgent, which is the database system many estate agents use to keep their properties and website synchronised.  They supply a simple API which I was able to plug into WordPress and the results were great.
