Design
I first started using Quark XPress in 1998 when I was employed as part of an 'in-house' catalogue production team. Quark is now one of my main strengths, I am familiar with the limitations, possibilities and, most importantly: the key-board short cuts..
Most of the work I do presently in this field is for APT Transtelex. They get me to come into their Bristol office to make amends, tidy up and 'pdf' documents that have been put through a translation process. Unfortunately this involves no real design work, but it does keep me up to speed with Quark, FrameMaker and Acrobat.
Jobs have included Hoover, Panasonic and Binatone manuals.
